Hi everyone,
Another busy week for me. But at least it's before midnight when todays update is being shared!!!
This weeks updates on my site:
3 concert photography photos in StormCloud Photography (of Tigress from the Counterfeit 2017 tour),
1 blog post of a crafting project in Cloud's Silver Linings (Red Hot Chilli Knitters (wixsite.com)),
5 Cloud's Silver Linings Designs - Book Quote Designs (found in the Cloud's Silver Linings Designs tab!!!),
2 book reviews in My Books & Reviews - A collection of these can be seen at the bottom of this blog update, as well as a collection of last weeks uploads, however reviews are all attached to the photos on the webpage.
The Fault In Our Stars is the last book I completed in April - May's reads section is prepared for next week.
One of the photos shared this week has some quote designs created by myself. These can be seen on the original Instagram post, the links to the posts are shared below.
My personal update:
Since the last update, I have read 2 books.
My current read is The Lake Of Dreams by Kim Edwards.
My book quote design pieces this week have been shared on my Bookstagram. If you haven't already seen them, you can check them out here:
The Fault In Our Stars: photos 3-7 - LostInABook (@notanotheremptyskull) • Instagram photos and videos
I will be sharing my next book quote designs on Monday or Tuesday next week.
Yesterday I completed the projects I mentioned that I was working on in last weeks update. I am hoping to start my course next week now. I am really excited to start, but I am so busy at the moment.
I have a few more projects that I want to work on (gifts for people who have birthdays coming up soon).
I am still watching Bitten. It's taking me a while to watch but I am thoroughly enjoying it so far. However the one problem with watching this series is that I want to buy the books of the series. I don't need any excuses to buy any more books haha!
I don't know if any of you have been checking out my social media, but I have been making some changes on a couple of my accounts:
I haven't posted as many photos on my Bookstagram account. There are a couple of reasons for this:
Firstly I have had next to no time in the last week. The books I have read lately all require some designs made, inspired by quotes in the book. I haven't been able to fond the time to create many this week, so my posting has slowed down.
Also I have been posting some reels (I have uploaded my first 3 this week!).
I am posting more to my Instagram stories too, so while I am posting photos less, I am using the features and uploading more.
I have changed my posting style on my crafting Instagram - changing the content, the layout and the themes.
I will post more about these in next weeks Crafting update.
Book Reads from the last couple of weeks:
Book & Bookish Hauls for May.
These have all been shared on my Bookstagram (Story highlights & Reels)
