"...Please Leave A Message At The Sound Of My Blog Update Being Shared!"

Happy Sunday everyone! How has your week been?

I've got so much to do today (Sunday) that I'm actually preparing this Blog post on Saturday!! That's why there's less in the way of updates this week (less time plus some of my updates come following on from Instagram posts which are due to be posted later on Saturday evening, or on Sunday).

This weeks updates on my site:

• 3 concert photography photos in StormCloud Photography (of Tigress in the 2017 Counterfeit tour),

• 1 blog post of a crafting project in Cloud's Silver Linings (this is an indirect craft blog, more about the changes on my Crafting Instagram page - Crafting Instagram Changes (+ some crafting updates) (wixsite.com)),

• 4 Cloud's Silver Linings Designs - Book Quote Designs (found in the Cloud's Silver Linings Designs tab!!!),

• 2 book reviews in My Books & Reviews (this is something that has been hit by an earlier posting day).

  • These books are the first book finished in May. I have read quite a few books since then - my reading has definitely improved this month.

  • A collection of these books can be seen at the end of the blog post.

  • Also, although I started it early, May's reads are focused on the fact that it's Mental Health Awareness month - all the books have themes surrounding Mental Health/Mental Illnesses - such as characters who are/were living with a mental illness, or suffering from something, such as grief and loss.

  • Both these books have some quote designs created by myself. These can be seen on the original Instagram post, the links to the posts are shared below.

My personal update:

• Since the last update, I have read 3 books.

• My current read is Before I Fall by Lauren Oliver.

• I will be sharing my next book quote designs on probably Tuesday or Wednesday next week - I am also starting to share designs on my crafting Instagram.

• Although I shared about it last week, I haven't yet started my new course - I have been so non-stop this week, but I'm really hoping to start tomorrow, or on Tuesday at the latest.

• I am still watching Bitten - I'm enjoying it, but am struggling to watch it at the moment - partly due to the length of the episodes and seasons combined with my lack of time (+ stress levels) at present, but I am also losing motivation to watch it (probably due to the fact that I don't really have the time to watch it and it's stressing me out). It probably doesn't help that I finished reading Thirteen Reasons Why a few days ago and I am really wanting to re-watch the Netflix show now.

• I have some exciting hauls to share within the next week - both crafting hauls and book hauls. The crafting hauls are The Most Exciting - I am beyond happy!! There will also be some new products being shared in the next few weeks!!!

• Part of the reason that I am scheduling this on Saturday rather than posting on Sunday is due to a couple of new craft projects I am due to start working on this week, plus one I want to have finished by the end of next week, as they're for gifts for people, so there's a bit of a deadline on getting them done.

• I am hoping that my Ebay shop will be opening next week (dependent on getting my craft projects done), and not long after that, I'll be opening my Etsy shop. I can't wait to start selling my stuff again (both to clear out old items I have, plus also to start listing my Bookmarks!!!)

I don't know if it's funny because it's funny, or if it's funny because of how relatable it is!

I'll leave you today with a very relatable quote. I have been feeling this way constantly this week. And it's not just with reading - it's with anything "please leave a message at the sound of my needles being put down", "please leave a message at the sound of my episode finishing" haha.
